3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

4.1 Course Fees

All course fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and must be paid in full before accessing course materials, unless otherwise specified. Payment methods accepted include:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfers
• Corporate purchase orders (for corporate training)

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy:

• Full Refund: Available within 7 days of course start date if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials
• Partial Refund: 50% refund available within 14 days if you have accessed less than 50% of materials
• No Refund: After 14 days or if more than 50% of materials have been accessed
• Corporate Training: Custom refund terms as specified in the agreement

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of access to services until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content, materials, and resources provided by Assets Fortunes, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, videos, and presentations
• Written materials, guides, and documentation
• Software, tools, and platforms
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

are owned by Assets Fortunes or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use course materials for personal learning purposes
• Download materials for offline study (where permitted)
• Print materials for personal use

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

7. Certification and Completion

7.1 Course Completion

Certificates of completion are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and examinations as specified for each program.

7.2 External Certifications

For external certifications (such as PMP), we provide preparation and training but do not guarantee certification results. External certification requirements and fees are separate from our training fees.

7.3 Continuing Education

We provide Professional Development Units (PDUs) and continuing education credits as recognized by relevant professional bodies. Students are responsible for reporting these credits to their certifying organizations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Educational Results

While we provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes, certification success, or career advancement. Individual results may vary based on effort, experience, and other factors.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assets Fortunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
